You heard me right. Goat Cheese + Mushroom on crusty toasted sourdough bread. Heaven. The only thing that could make it better…oh right some bright fresh herbs to balance the richness…but… oh my…it’s got that too?! Winning.
It has been almost 6 months since I’ve posted here formally- and what a six months it has been! We bought a new home and quickly sold ours after we closed on our new home. Y I K E S.

I’m sorry, I know we are all full of jokes now but this thing is a serious matter. If you can stay home just stay home. I am currently working from home and I am so happy to finally have a separate office from Brett in our new home (more on that soon!!). I am, of course, always stocked to the brim in my pantry and looking forward to some recipe testing and writing this weekend.
End of tomato season usually means an overabundance of tomatoes in my house. Morning, noon, and night we have to incorporate them somehow! We definitely let the garden slack this year but we still have beautiful tomatoes coming out of the overgrown mess. Continue reading
